Because we operate using highly limited VIP corporate inventory, occasionally seat transfers may encounter network issues with stadium systems. If your ticket transfer does not successfully clear or your UTR mapping fails to confirm the seat, an automated 100% refund will be initialized immediately back to your original source UPI account within 2-4 business days. No questions asked.
Due to the hyper-exclusive nature of VIP Lounge corporate allocations, all successfully generated and transferred tickets are entirely strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable. Once the ticket PDF is attached to your name, the order is locked.
If a match is completely abandoned without a single ball being bowled, and the BCCI officially declares a refund policy for the fixture, we will mirror the official BCCI mandate. Funds will be deposited back to your linked payment UPI within 5-7 business days of the official announcement.
If you mistakenly enter an incorrect 12-Digit UTR during checkout, our verification systems will flag the booking. If we cannot match the UTR to a successful deposit within 3 hours, the VIP seats will be released back into the public pool, and any hanging transactions will bounce back to your originating bank automatically within 2-4 days.
All automated refunds generate an instantly trackable Bank Reference Number (ARN/RRN). Should a refund act be initiated under the Automated Refund Guarantee, you will receive an SMS containing this ARN to track with your bank.
